WHAT TO EXPECT
Please review this chart to familiarize yourself with our standard cleaning tasks. Should you have any add-on or deep clean requests beyond our normal cleaning tasks, please let us know before your scheduled clean. If a specific task is beyond our scope, we may be able to refer you to other service providers.
 
CLUTTER
We kindly request that you manage any clutter before our arrival to ensure an efficient cleaning of surfaces and floors. If an area is excessively cluttered, we may clean around it or skip it entirely. At our discretion, we may postpone cleaning services or charge an additional fee for rooms that are excessively cluttered.
 
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment for services is due by the end of the day on which the cleaning services are provided. A late fee of $10 per day will be added for payments not received by the due date. Accepted payment methods include: Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, Zelle, cash, or card.
 
UNABLE TO ACCESS YOUR HOME
If we arrive for your scheduled cleaning and are unable to access your home within 15 minutes due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., locked screen door, non-functional door code, neighborhood gate issues), the client agrees to pay 50% of the total cleaning fee.
 
SCHEDULING
We understand that unforeseen events occur; however, due to high demand, we ask that you respect our schedule as we do yours. Please provide as much notice as possible for any schedule changes. Under normal circumstances, we ask that any changes to the schedule or requests for additional services be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
 
PHOTOS
We may take before and after photos during cleans for portfolio purposes. If you prefer not to have photos shared, please let us know. 
 
COMMUNICATION
Any changes to the schedule or requests for additional services must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
 
UNSATISFACTORY CLEAN
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with our service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to address any issues at no extra cost to ensure your satisfaction.
